2025 HOTEL BLOCKS WILL START TO BE UPDATED SOON

  • Hotel blocks are provided as a convenience. Parents should be aware of any cancellation policy, or penalty. On occasion, team events change. Cancellation policies should be considered, when booking a room.
  • Some events are Stay to Play. Parents should check on the event hotel policy, before booking outside of their hotel blocks.
  • All Ohio Basketball events are Stay to Play. If booking outside the event room blocks, there is an opt out fee assessed at the time of the athletes check-in.

How to Download the SportsEngine Mobile App - The SportsEngine mobile app is available for iOS & Android devices in the Apple App Store and on Google Play.

  • On an iOS Device
  • On your device, open the App Store
  • Search for SportsEngine
  • Tap the Get button to begin installing the app
  • Open the app on your device
  • On the Settings tab, tap Account & tap the Sign In button to sign into your SportsEngine account
  • On an Android Device
  • On your device, open Google Play 
  • Search for SportsEngine
  • Tap the Install button to begin installing the app
  • Open the app on your device
  • On the Settings tab, tap Account & tap the Sign In button to sign into your SportsEngine account

If you currently follow a team through the Sports Engine App, we recommend that you check to make sure you are following the correct team since we are entering a new season.


Our emails, including tournament schedule emails, can go to your SPAM filter, or be entirely blocked by your internet provider unless you Whitelist our email addresses.

Here are the most common email addresses we use to send important information:

Whitelisting an email involves telling your email provider that you want emails from that sender to be allowed into your inbox rather than being filtered into spam, or blocked entirely.

Here is a whitelisting resource for half a dozen of the most common email providers. If yours is not here, you will likely find it through a google search.
